AI/ML Innovations Engages Frontier Flex Marketing for Market Awareness and Grants Stock Options

(the “Company”) (CSE:AIML)(OTCQB:AIMLF)(FWB:42FB), a company committed to acquiring and advancing Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning technologies that address urgent societal needs, reports that it has engaged Frontier Flex Marketing Group (“Frontier”) in a marketing services agreement to facilitate media campaigns. Specifically, Frontier will provide public exposure through multiple mediums, press release distribution, corporate development, and dedicated client leads. The contract with Frontier is for 12 months, with compensation totaling $96,000.

Additionally, the Company has issued a total of 1,000,000 stock options pursuant to its incentive stock option plan (the “Plan”) to members of management. Each option entitles the holder to subscribe for one common share of the Company for $0.20. The options have an exercise period of 5 years, and are subject to requisite regulatory approvals and requirements, and the terms of the Plan.
